Add or Update Mortgage Company on Title

Description of Issue

A Title record needs to have the Mortgage Company added or updated.

Context
  • Property Revenue

  • Northeast

  • Delinquent Processing

  • Titles (tllienmt)

Cause

When created the Title record was missing or had the incorrect Mortgage Company.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Title program by searching or following the path: Property Revenue > Property Tax Billing > Northeast > State > Tax Title Processing / Reports > Titles 

  2. Click Search

  3. Enter the Year and Parcel ID of the record that needs to be updated.

  4. Click Accept.

  5. Click the Legal tab.

  6. Click Update.

  7. Click the Ellipse (3 dots) in the Lender field.

  8. Chose the correct Mortgage Company from the list.

  9. Click Accept.

  10. Click Accept.

  11. The Title record now has the correct Mortgage Company info.

  12. Repeat steps 2-10 for each record that needs to be updated.
