Shift not unpublishing

Description of Issue

Client reported that unpublishing their shifts would refresh screen but the shift remained published. Even when the UI Flag Prevent Schedule Publishing/Unpublishing from adding/removing Past shifts (prior to today) was unselected.

Resolution

After verifying the UI Flag Prevent Schedule Publishing/Unpublishing from adding/removing Past shifts (prior to today) it still would not unpublish. Restarting Time & Attendance allowed the system to unpublish
