Town Update for June Error creating Bill

Description of Issue

When running a Town Update for a June file that contains either apportionments or new parcels, the program fails to create new bills for the new parcels.

Error creating bill.
Unable to obtain the Identity column of the last inserted record.

Resolution

This has been resolved in 2021.10 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
