New York Town Update for June Error Creating Receipt

When processing the June file, the Town Update fails to finish with the following error:

• Error creating receipt

• Error paying line.

• No lines are available to apply overpayment towards. Allocation failed.

• Accounts Receivable

• Receipts

• Bill Inquiry

• Suffolk County, NY

Town Update cannot apply Payments to bill that contain a Special Condition Code that prevents Payments, unless the User has Override Permissions to apply the Payment. 

Verify that the User's AR Role has permissions to Override Special Conditions Preventing Payments.
