Abatement Entry Shows Abated Fee as a Refund

• When abating a bill in full and selecting the checkbox to Adjust of fees, the abated fees are erroneously shown as a refund.

• Posted Abatement Report showing abated fees as a refund.

• Posted Abatements Report (txpabtrp)

Abating a bill in full and adjusting off the fees results in the fee amounts being mistakenly displayed as a refund.

Development is currently researching this issue. There is currently no workaround, but this is a display issue only in Abatement Entry and the Posted Abatements Report programs. The bill will show correctly in Bill Inquiry and will not pull into Bill Refund Processing.
