How to add Document Resources to Employee Access

How can I add resources such as documents and links to Employee Access for employees to view?

Resolution

Access the Tyler Employee Access Settings by going to Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Setup:

  • Select Resources in the Ribbon

  • Click Add 

  • Pick if it will be a File or Link

  • Define a Resource Title

  • Set an Expiration Date if needed

  • Click Select File or enter Link URL depending on the Resource Type

  • Check if this requires acknowledgment and provide Acknowledgement Text

  • Click Accept to save the record

The document will show in Employee Access under the resources, and if the Require Acknowledgment is checked, it will be available to use with Employee Document Acknowledgments and Employee Tasks functions.
