Description of Issue
Time entry records disappearing in Employee Access.

Cause
When approving time for an employee, then clicking submit, then approving time for another employee and clicking submit, the time from the first employee is getting deleted.
Resolution
This is being reviewed by Development under research ticket MUN-490743
Additional Information
This seems tied into using the submit button after approving.
