Employee Access - Timesheet records deleted during approval process

Time entry records disappearing in Employee Access.

When approving time for an employee, then clicking submit, then approving time for another employee and clicking submit, the time from the first employee is getting deleted.

This is being reviewed by Development under research ticket MUN-490743

• This seems tied into using the submit button after approving.
