Cause
There are potentially multiple causes for this error. A known cause is that there are two receipts in the system that share the same bill number and receipt number. This is an unexpected data condition.Â
Resolution
- If encountering this error in Receipts, Receipt Inquiry, or Payment Entry, the first step is to gather more information from the System Log. Use the System log Id provided by the error to find the System Log entry using these steps: Search error by Log Id in System Log
- If the Message in the System Log export reads ERROR EXECUTING THE SQL STATEMENT selectReceiptIdForReceiptNaturalKey, please contact Support. This indicates that there are two receipts with the same bill number and receipt number. This unexpected data condition must be resolved by Support.Â
