Add an Email Domain to Admin Center for Enterprise ERP Login

An email domain needs to be added to login for Enterprise ERP

• Admin Center

• Okta

• Tyler Identity

• SaaS

It's needed to add an email domain to the Enterprise ERP login in case of a new email domain, a second email domain, or a change in email domain.

1. Login to Admin Center (ie. https://cityoftylertownme-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center substituting cityoftylertownme for the relevant Tyler hosted domain)

   1. On the left-side menu bar click Identity Workforce

      1. Click Domains

         1. If you need to delete an old email domain click the X next to the email domain you'd like to remove

         2. To add the new domain, type in the Email domains box the new email domain and press ENTER

         3. Click Save
