SSN not on Employee Job Salary Exports

Description of Issue

How to extract SSN information from Employee Job/Salary through export?

Context

Cause

User is permissioned to hide SSN within Employee Job/Salary.

Resolution

Go to System Administration> Security> Roles. Search to find users Role, click Accept.
Click on HR Management/Payroll folder.
On General Tab, click Update and check the box next to View SSN On Reports, click Accept.

Additional Information

User will need to log out and back in or refresh browser for change of permissions to apply.
