Users with No SSN permissions are able to Export SSNs from Employee Job Salary

Description of Issue

Users who have no permissions to view SSNs are correctly unable to view then in Employee Job/Salary, however when Exporting out data and the SSN checkbox is checked, it will export out the SSNs to Excel.
