Segment Find missing codes in YTD Available Budget Report when user has Limited Data Access and missing permissions for Inactive and Closed accounts

Description of Issue

When a user has Limited Data Access for the YTD Available Budget Report (glabssrs) and does not have all three account access permissions (Active, Inactive, Closed), they do not see any codes in the Segment Find ellipses.

Additional Information

Currently, codes display in Seg Find:

  • If user has LIMITED data access and permission for Active, Inactive and Closed Accounts

  • If user has FULL data access and a minimum permission for Active Accounts (Inactive and Closed is not required)
