Pay Code Not Available Under Add New Time Entry

When a pay code has both Allow for Clock In/out Transaction and Show In Add New Time Entry checked, the code does not show up under Add New Time Entry.

Once the pay code is marked for Allow for Clock In/Out Transactions, this setting's format typically takes precedence within the application so the pay code will now require an In/Out time vs just requiring a Start Time and Duration so it will no longer show up under Add New Time Entry

A pay code should not have both Allow for Clock in/out Transaction and Show in Add New Time Entry checked as they are mutually exclusive and require a different format when entering time. One or the other should be enabled.
