When defining Budget Completion Journal for projection number error display in red at bottom of screen
Projection must be active

• Budget Completion Journal
• Error Message
• Status
• 2019.1 and above

• Only Budget Projections that have a status of Active in Define Start Budget Projection can be output posted which then changes status to Posted
• Starting in version 2019.1 and in all versions higher budget projections now have a status

Budget Projection Status needs to be updated to Active
