How to display all org codes?



Context

  • General Ledger

  • Chart of Accounts Segments



Cause

Need to see a list of all org codes



Resolution

There are two primary ways to display all org codes

Financials>General Ledger Menu>Set up/Chart of Accounts>Chart of Account Segments

  1. On the GL Segment, select Organization Code

  2. Click Accept

  3. Select Browse

  4. Click Excel, or another output option

Financials>General Ledger Menu>Set up/Chart of Accounts>Chart Manager

  1. Select Excel Export from the toolbar menu

  2. Click on Export Organization(s)
