Enable ReadyForms in Print Tax Bills Statements

Would like to use ReadyForms output in the Print Tax Bills/Statements program. The ReadyForms option is missing Print Tax Bills/Statements. 

• Property Tax Billing

• ReadyForms 

• Print Tax Bills/Statements (txbilprt) 

The define is not correct. ReadyForms output is enabled by specific define criterion. 

1. Navigate to the Print Tax Bills/Statements program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Bill Processing > Print Tax Bills/Statements

2. Click Mass Print. 

3. Click Define. 

4. Enter all the usual define parameters. 

5. Ensure that these options are selected to enable ReadyForms:

   1. The Correspondence type field must be set to Individual bills.

   2. The File layout field must be set to XML (with attributes).

   3.  The Use state specific forms box must not be checked.

6. Click Accept. 

7. Click Select. 

8. After records have finished selecting, ReadyForms radio will appear in the top ribbon.
