Report showing Employee Historical Salaries - Export from Employee Job Salary





Description of Issue

I need a report for an audit showing all employees historical salaries in an excel spreadsheet.

  • Employee Job/Salary

Cause

Auditors are asking for a report



Resolution
  1. Access Employee Job/Salary: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary

  2. Search on all employee using the All skittle for the Search Period.

  3. Click Accept

  4. In the top ribbon click the Excel button. 

  5. Click Export Job/Salary Info. Then click OK

  6. Filter the applicable information that applies to your site by checking the applicable checkboxes.

  7. Click Accept.
