How to preview the data file with a Enterprise Forms Template

1. Spool the sample data file from Munis.

2. Log in to Munis then go to Tyler Menu>ReadyForms>Enterprise Forms Administration.
   1. Enterprise Forms can also be launched by using the Enterprise Forms URL provided on the site report.
3. Navigate to the applicable form from the left-hand menu of form types, select an Enterprise Forms Template that is in a PDF format.

4. Click on the Preview button, which it looks like a picture of an eyeball. The Preview dialog box will appear with options for defining the sample data file.
5. Drag and drop the sample data file you created then click Preview. Enterprise Forms generates a PDF image of the Template.
6. Open the PDF file to view the form. Make adjustments and repeat as needed.

All PDF format templates can be previewed unless they are Custom Templates that are also not able to be edited outside of working with Tyler Forms or a Forms Designer.
