Update Business License expiration date

Expiration date is printing blank or with the incorrect date on bills or licenses

• Munis

• Business License

• Cycle Codes were incorrect or not copied into the new bill year prior to generating AR

• The BL settings are set so that the expiration date updates once the bill has a zero balance and the balance is either not yet zero or was paid by a transfer of overpayment

1. Navigate to the license that has to wrong/missing expiration date

2. Click Update in the ribbon

3. Navigate to the Dates/Other tab of the license that has the incorrect date

4. Enter the correct Expire date

5. Click Accept
