Unable To Add Pay Code To Timecard



Description of Issue

Employee is unable add a pay code to their timecard as they are getting a Max Benefit Time Exceeded message.

Cause

The pay code was configured as benefit in error.



Resolution

To correct this behavior:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management

  3. Select Pay Codes

  4. Select the pencil for the pay code in question

  5. Use the Benefit drop down setting to select No

  6. Select Save
