How to Enable Scheduler Monitor Service From Tyler Deploy - Test Ignore

Description of Issue

The scheduler status in an environment is showing as Shutdown and the Windows service Munis Scheduler Monitor [env], Port=xxxx startup type is set to Disabled.

Cause

The Munis Scheduler Monitor has not been enabled yet in Tyler Deploy for the specific environment.



Resolution

  1. Log into Tyler Deploy and select the applicable client tenant

  2. Navigate to Product Configurations > Munis ERP

  3. Select the applicable environment from the drop down

  4. Expand the section Munis ERP

  5. Scroll down to Enable Munis Scheduler Monitor

    1. If the box is unchecked, check it off

    2. If the box is already checked, leave it checked 

  6. Scroll back up and click Save

  7. Click Go to Deployment

  8. Click the Tasks tab

  9. From the dropdown, select Enable-Disable Scheduler Monitor Service

  10. Click Run

  11. Once the task is complete, the environment's Scheduler configuration file will be created and the Munis Scheduler Monitor service will be running on the App server
