Unexpected Error adding any sublocation in Items

Receiving an Unexpected Error in the Items program when attempting to add any sublocation to an item

Multiple sublocations already on the item shared the same ranking

1. In Items, select an existing sublocation and click the Rank button in the Sublocation Details section

2. Correct the rankings by dragging and dropping them and then click Ok

3. After confirming that none of the existing sublocations share a ranking, add the new sublocation
