ESS AWS Hosted Loads The Login Page Slowly

Description of Issue

At sign-in, the ESS page takes roughly 40–60 seconds to load before functioning correctly

Cause

Performance concerns while visiting the login page in ESS are brought on by LDAP being enabled in ESS Hosting

Resolution

Disable LDAP in ESS Hosting page by following the steps below

  1. Navigate to MSSHosting URL
    1. i.e https://<sitename>.munisselfservice.com/xxxx<env>msshosting
  2. Log in with your datacenter account
  3. Click on Edit on the MSS hosting page
  4. Click on Authentication from left panel
  5. Locate the LDAP settings and Uncheck the 2 boxes then click on Update 
  6. Empty all fields then click on Update
