No lines are available to apply overpayments toward error in Process Lockbox File

When importing EFT files in standard format via Process Lockbox File, there's an Error count and No lines are available to apply overpayments toward is populated in Error Message column of File Preview

The file generated by Electronic Funds Transfer does not align with the expected Questpoint File Layout. The details lines are shifted over 3 spaces to start in position 4 rather than position 1.

Until MUN-448585 is released, the leading three empty spaces in the detail lines can be deleted from the file to match the Questpoint File Layout.
