Description of Issue

When attempting to print a payroll advice for direct deposit an error message populates, "Program stopped at 'TylerFormsV1.4gl. FORMS statement error. Charset conversion exception: Charset conversion error."

Cause

Special characters in the note section cannot be used which is causing the charset conversion error.



Resolution

Remove any special characters in the payroll advice note to resolve issue.
