Resolution

Sign into Tyler Deploy
Click on Overview, under Deployment section on the left side Menu
1. The page will display all products and versions your site currently use
Click on the environment version under ReadyForms
Click on Channel and select the highest version
Click on Release and select the highest version available
Click on now/later if you would like to schedule the update to be installed on a specific time.
Uncheck the box for Force Redeployment
Check Prereqs must be selected
1. this is a very import configuration, if not checked and pre-requisites are missing in the server, the application will display a Blank page or give a 404 error.
  1. Install Server Prerequisites in Tyler Deploy
Click Start

Once update is complete, if user get a 404 error, please try to clear browse cache: Clearing Web Browser Cache - Internet Explorer Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
