Tyler Hub access denied generic HTTP Error 403

Description of Issue

When trying to access Tyler Hub a generic HTTP ERROR 403 message populates Access to FQDN.tylerhub.com was denied. You don' have authorization to view this page. Other users can access this without issue on the same network and machine and is isolated to single user or new users who have not accessed Tyler Hub previously. A Tyler Hub profile is not automatically created upon signing in. This does not populate an Area 51 unauthorized access page and can mistakenly be identified as a network or Windows profile issue due to the generic error that is presented.

Cause

User does not have a Tyler Hub account created and Automatic User Account Creation is disabled.

Resolution
  1. Munis System Administrator with Tyler Hub administrator privileges will need to log into Tyler Hub

  2. On the left hand side click the Tyler Hub Administration icon (cog wheel)

  3. Navigate to General Settings>Global Settings:

    1. Enable Automatic User Account Creation

    2. Click Save
