FL Retirement Report is not including Period Records that were manually entered



Description of Issue

How come the imported and manually entered period records are not being included in the electronic file or pdf?



Context

Cause

Incorrect Year was imported on the period records



Resolution
  1. Select Period Records from the FL Retirement Report program

  2. Search for the Month and Year and Manual Record

  3. Select Purge to delete the incorrect records

  4. Select Import Data and Import the updated file with the correct Month and Year

  5. Select Return and create the proof and electronic submission file.
