Description of Issue

What IP should be whitelisted for SMTP relaying if AWS Hosted?

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • SMTP AWS

  • Employee Self Service

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • TCM

Cause

Email is not being relayed properly by customer's email server, especially to external domains

Resolution

Clients need to allow the following IPs and configure their SMTP connector to allow relaying from these addresses:

  • 3.228.27.140

  • 54.209.225.69

  • 23.23.246.226
