How to set up Automated SFTP to Kiteworks

Create a case with TSM SaaS to set up this job. Please provide the following information:

• Which files you would like to be transferred

• An email and password with access to your site's Kiteworks folder (send these credentials securely through Kiteworks)

• The Kiteworks sub folder in which the files will be placed

• A schedule on which the job will be run

NOTE: There is no protocol in place to set an account's password to never expire, so the job will need to be updated whenever the password of the authenticating email account undergoes a password change.
