Cashiering Web Page Shows 404 Nothing Here But Tumbleweeds

When you attempt to access Tyler Cashiering in a web browser as listed in Tyler Deploy under the VAR CashieringUrl AppSetting the page displays the error 404 Nothing here but tumbleweeds...

There is no web interface for Tyler Cashiering version 2019.3 and below, the program must be launched using the desktop client from their workstation 

 Access cashiering using the locally installed cashiering application on the client workstation. Contact TSM support if the application is not installed
