Restart Payguardian Services
When the end user clicks on Complete payment in Tyler Cashiering, the screen flickers but Payguardian does not appear. Â
PayGuardian
If TC is sending the request to PayGuardian (BridgePay) but nothing is coming back, the PayGuardian service may need to be restarted.
This can be done on each workstation with Payguardian already downloaded on to it. Â
 Do a Windows search for Restart PayGuardian Service
    2. Click directly on Restart PayGuardian Service, and the process will run on it’s own, or if the site has restrictions in place a site system admin will be required to login for the process to run.
Once this is done, the end user can try processing\completing the payment in Tyler Cashiering again.Â
Doing the above will not reprocess the payment in Tyler Cashiering but should help prevent this from happening again – it reboots the PayGuardian process at the affected workstation only.
