How to Remove HSA Deduction from Direct Deposit Area of Advice

We would like to remove the HSA deduction from showing as a direct deposit on employee advices

• Enterprise ERP

• Payroll

• Payroll Start and Status

• Print Payroll Advices

• Deduction and Benefit Master

The deduction is classified as a category 7 in the Deduction and Benefit Master.

1. Navigate to Deduction and Benefit Master. (Human Resource/Payroll> Payroll> Payroll Setup> Deduction and Benefit Master)

2. Search for the HSA deduction

3. Click Update and change the category from Category- 07 to Category- 02

4. Click Accept.
