Get Error for Single User in the GDC





Description of Issue

A single user is unable to sign into the GDC and they are receiving a Get Error.

Error GET: Unknown network error

Cause

Unknown



Resolution
  1. Ensure you are on the workstation of the user having the issue

  2. Click on the tray arrow at the bottom right of the task bar

  3. Right click the GDC icon

  4. Click Show to open the GDC

  5. Select the affected environment

  6. Click Edit

  7. Click on 2

  8. Change the URL from HTTPS to HTTP

  9. Click Save
