Entries Populating Timesheet Entry With No Schedule Assigned



Description of Issue

The employee's Timesheet Entry tab is populating entries however they have no schedule assigned to them.



Context
  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Timesheet Entry

  • UI Environment Flags



Cause

The false entries were prepopulated based on a UI Flag which allows for quick editing on of the Timesheet but do not populate the Timecard until the Timesheet is saved.



Resolution
  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment Flags

  3. Select Time Processing

  4. Enter 0 for the Number of Rows to Default For Timesheet Screen text field

  5. Select Save
