Scheduled Munis Updates for Tyler Hosted SaaS Clients

I am a SaaS customer and hosted by Tyler, does this mean my updated are scheduled and installed by Tyler?

• Managed Internet Update (MIU)

• Software as a Service (SaaS)

• Tyler Deploy

• Tyler Systems Management (TSM)

With the exception of mandatory Year End Tax software updates (with advance notice), Tyler Technologies does not install or schedule Munis software updates without prior client request.

• Clients can install in the moment or schedule Munis software updates through the MIU or Tyler Deploy either as a one off or ongoing basis.
