• We were printing Utility Bills using Enterprise Forms and the printer jammed.

• Printing checks and printer keeps jamming

• Year End Tax stock keeps getting stuck in the printer

Paper jam.

On premise staff member will need to clear the paper jam.

IT may need to restart the affected printer to continue the print job.

Please reach out to your site IT to change printer configuration: setting the paper type to "Rough" has solved the issue for some sites.
