When processing retro pays the original withholding amounts are different

The original withholding amounts are different when processing retro amounts, why is that?

• Payroll 

• Payroll Setup

• Deduction and Benefit Master

• Retro Pays

The Use Original Calculation Information for Retro Processing is unchecked in the Deduction and Benefit Master.

1. Navigate to Deduction and Benefit Master.

   • Tyler Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master

2. Click Search and Accept.

3. Audit deductions for any that need to calculate based on original amounts.

4. Select deduction.

5. Click Update.

6. Check Use Original Calculation Information for Retro Processing.

7. Click Accept.
