How to generate 1099 XML file



Context

  • Munis 

  • Accounts payable

  • Vendors 

  • 1099 Manager 



Cause

Site prints using Tyler Forms/ Ready Forms and 1099 are not printing 



Resolution

Go to Financials > Accounts Payable>Vendor Processing>AP 1099 Functions> 1099 Manager 

  1. Define Setup Tab 

  2. Select Finalize

  3. Select Save under printing 

  4. Go to My saved Reports and download the file
