1099 Ready Forms template setup incorrectly

1. Navigate to the Enterprise Forms Template Configuration page

2. Select the appropriate 1099 Form under Accounts Payable

3. Edit the Template to select Z fold instead of Standard

The Blank Pressure Seal form should print 2 copies of the 1099 with the Vendor address information in the third section, while the Blank Cut Sheet form should print 3 copies of the 1099 for the vendor.
