LA AFR Totals record type is not automatically calculating totals

Description of Issue

Keypunch Codes with the record type Totals (T1, T2, T3) aren't automatically calculating fund/project totals in generated excel report.

Cause

User was selecting Export Data in Review.



Resolution

After updating manually maintained amounts in Review, follow these steps:

  1. Select Return.

  2. Select Excel.

  3. You'll be prompted to export an Actuals or Budget report. Select one.

  4. The resulting file will have the amounts on the Totals records calculated automatically.



Additional Information

The excel file generated in Review provides an overview for the individual Keypunch Codes by fund/project for validation.  It does not create the AFR and record type Totals should not be expected.Â
