Did not receive prompt in Accrual Update asking do you want to apply these updates



Description of Issue

When running the Accrual Update program, user did get both the error and the post report, but never received the prompt, Do you wish to apply these updates? They have confirmed that nothing posted to Employee Accruals

Cause




Resolution
  1. Close out of the Accrual Update program completely. 

  2. Navigate back to Payroll>Accrual Processing>Accrual Update

  3. Define the Accrual Update Screen and click Output Post

  4. Review the Error Report and Proof Report

  5. Return to Accrual Update screen and click Yes on the prompt "Do you wish to apply these updates?"
