Emailing PDF Reports in 2019 and Higher

Since upgrading from 11.3 users have to download PDF reports before attaching them to emails.

Due to Internet Explorer retiring and new web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) viewing emailing PDF reports directly from a browser as a security risk, users are now required to download the PDF to their workstation before emailing them. 

• Users can download the report from the browser and create an email and attach the downloaded report.

• Users can enable the Adobe Acrobat extension, allowing them to open the PDF in the Adobe Desktop app and email it from there. 

• Adobe documentation available in Additional Information section.

• Must have an active Adobe subscription in order to email PDFs.
