PDF Report Limitations

Description of Issue
PDF report does not generate.

Cause

PDF has limitations when opening temporary file of significant size. Typically around or just over 100 pages this can happen. 

Resolution
  1. Simply save text/spool file the report to Saved Reports.
  2. In System Administration > Printer Device Administration > Saved Reports

        a. Search and use the available columns to enter information such as Effective date, report title, etc. to search for the report

        b. Click Accept

        c. In the Excel ribbon select Test as PDF

        d. Select the appropriate report

        e. Click on Accept
