Description of Issue

PDF documents generated in MUNIS are not downloading to PC

Context
  • MUNIS
  • PDF Button on Ribbon
Cause

Browser settings may have changed during an update.

Resolution
  1. Open Settings and go select Site Settings
  2. Select PDF Documents
  3. Enable option Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome
