Description of Issue

Where can I find the UB Receipt in Enterprise Forms to configure? In Enterprise Forms, there are only two in AR for General Billing and Misc. Receipt(s)

Resolution

There is no UB-specific receipt. The Misc. receipt is typically configured to be used as a UB receipt when one is needed.
