How do I create a manual receipt?Â

Cause
InformationalÂ
Resolution
- Click on Receipt button on the menu ribbon in the Inventory Transaction programÂ
- This will open the receipt transaction window
- Click AddÂ
- Enter the item number you are receiving on, the warehouse the item is being stored, the amount you are receiving, and the unit cost.
- A Purchase Order number can be manually entered on the receipt transaction. It will not impact the Purchase Order if added during a manual receipt
- Â Enter the Transaction Date for the receipt.
- Click Accept to save your entry
- Click Post in the menu ribbon
- The receipt has been completed and stock has been added to the inventory item
