Liened bills show up in Bill Inquiry Search

Cause

User's Bill Inquiry Preferences are set to show bills that don't allow payments 

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Property Revenues>Payment Processing>Bill Inquiry or General Revenues>Payment Processing>Bill Inquiry
  2. Click More
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Click Update
  5. Uncheck Include bills that do not allow payments in Bill Inquiry find sets 
  6. Click Accept
