How to Start Timeclock Job for ExecuTime

Description of Issue

Need to force the push of new information to clocks instead of waiting for the job to run overnight.

Cause

Job needs to be ran manually

Resolution
  1. In ExecuTime, navigate to System Admin > Scheduled System Jobs
  2. Depending on clock location, select the Run (Box with Arrow) button for the job specified below
    • For clocks in Device Management, use the Clock Configuring Job
    • For clocks in Timeclock Management, use the Timeclock Configuring Job
  3. Once job is started, wait around 10-15 minutes for timeclocks to process the new information.
