Description of Issue

Tried to test Tyler Workflow connectivity and the Workflow Tenant name was not found

Context

Cause

Might have more than one tenant and is pointing to the wrong one.

Resolution

Go to System Admin > Workflow Management > Workflow Connectivity
Take the Workflow api root URL excluding the api/api and put it in a new tab. Add dashboard at the end of the URL
1. example: https://tylertown.net/tylertest/tylerworkflow/dashboard
Click Tenants
Delete the Tenant you don't need
