Workflow Tenant Name not found

Description of Issue

Tried to test Tyler Workflow connectivity and the Workflow Tenant name was not found

Context
  • ExecuTime

  • Tyler Workflow
  • TWF
Cause

Might have more than one tenant and is pointing to the wrong one.

Resolution
  1. Go to System Admin > Workflow Management > Workflow Connectivity
  2. Take the Workflow api root URL excluding the api/api and put it in a new tab. Add dashboard at the end of the URL
    1. example: https://tylertown.net/tylertest/tylerworkflow/dashboard
  3. Click Tenants
  4. Delete the Tenant you don't need
